A brief guide on a success-friendly mindset
Once somebody asked me, “What’s your secret sauce to
success?”
To be honest, I had heard and answered this question a trillion times before.
It was no surprise that the answer was on my lips ready to be poured even before the question ends.
But on that particular day, I paused before answering.
And in that moment of pause, I took a deep breath and spoke from my core
It’s all about patience.

And here was the answer, filtering my years of experience and hard work in a few words.
It is a fact that success doesn’t come in days, weeks, or even months!
Everything takes time.
While most of the things can be taught in a couple of days- from figuring out a strategy to run ads, handling suppliers, creating a website to deciding your product- the best teacher remains your own experience, which certainly demands time- some years to be precise.
Unfortunately, patience is what most people lack.
These people fail to trust the process.
They fail to put in efforts even when there are no results.
They fail to understand that business is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.
All that these people want to know and care about is speedy success- in terms of money, sales, scalability, and what not.
My only advice to all of these people is that they have to shift their focus from filling their bank account to filling their customers’ lives with satisfaction.
That is all they will ever need to build an empire of their own.
But does patience come at a cost?
Definitely! It comes at a cost most people find too expensive to afford.
In the E-commerce industry, you must be aware that profits won’t knock at your door on the very first day of starting up.
You will have to wait patiently.
And don’t you dare think that patience is all about sitting idle like a monk, waiting for customers to flood into your store one day. That won’t happen by itself!
You will have to bear the real cost of your time, efforts, failures apart from the money cost.
You will have to act every day, fail consistently, try new things each time you fail, and keep repeating the same cycle day-in and day-out until you finally get your hands on what works the best for your business.
I know how you must have felt at times- hopeless, agitated, unnerved by it all, silently bearing the cost of patience all by yourself.
But is there a way to minimize this cost?
Well, if there is a way to minimize the other costs, then why not this one?
See, the №1 reason that most E-Commerce entrepreneurs give up mid-way is lack of accountability.
Entrepreneurship is a very lonely journey, nobody is there to support you in your lows, nobody is there to correct you when you deviate, and nobody is there to guide you.
There might be plenty of sources online, absolutely free, to teach you the ‘How’ of E-commerce, but none can teach you the ‘Why’.
I felt this problem personally and being an entrepreneur myself- I came up with a solution.
I, along with my dedicated team of experts, created the Digital Dukaandaar program- a community of like-minded E-commerce entrepreneurs who are in the process of or have achieved the milestones that you have set for yourselves.
In this program, we not only teach the technicalities of starting an E-commerce store but also provide that quintessential guidance you can rely on even after failing a 1000th time.
In the end, I’d just like to say that YOU are responsible for making it happen in your life- so don’t wait for someone else to do the push-ups for you, but be patient while you’re at it.
